The Imagination Dream Foundation strengthens Nashville’s future workforce by providing a 7‑week Youth Entrepreneurship Internship for teens ages 14–15. Our program builds early career skills, financial literacy, leadership, and real‑world business experience while connecting students to local industry professionals and higher‑education pathways. By equipping young people with employability skills and entrepreneurial mindsets early, we help expand the region’s talent pipeline, increase long‑term economic mobility, and support workforce development goals for historically underrepresented communities. Additional investment allows us to scale this impact and prepare more youth to contribute to Nashville’s growing economy.
